When it comes to creating artwork or designing for a project there are many problems you will become familiar with that may/will affect your work. One of those being copyright/infringement laws. Mainly circling design ideas, type, photography usage and their eligibilty of use. You can't just copy & paste stuff off the intenet exactly how it was. ITS AGAINST THE LAW. You have to be 100% certain that work you've created/designed hasn't already been made before and breaking those laws will come down on you like a tonne of bricks with some hefty fines and lawsuits potentially coming your way too! And especially when it comes to mass production for a company too, having to rework everything can cost your client big money and cost way too much to cover their arses let along yours, so you HAVE to get it right.
